FEMA's Long Form LOMA/LOMR Application
is used to remove multiple buildings or lots and commercial buildings or lots from the Special Flood Hazard Area(SFHA). In most cases it is not necessary to use the long form application when requesting removal of a single residential lot or building from the SFHA.
